IMPORTANT FIXTURE NEWS FOR SATURDAY 10 DECEMBER 2022

Further to the League message sent to all clubs yesterday Friday 9 December, an inspection of the pitches at Jennings Park was carried out this morning. The surfaces of the two pitches were found to be frozen solid with ice in both goalmouths. Even if the temperature rises this morning it is highly unlikely that there would be a sufficient thaw to leave the pitches in a playable and safe condition for the games to commence at 2.00 pm this afternoon.

The safety of players and referees is always paramount in the League's policy for arranging it's fixtures and so it has been decided to cancel the full fixture programme for today Saturday 10 December.

The only fixture scheduled for next Saturday 17 December is the rescheduled Round 4 MU Shield tie between Cleary Celtic and Cookstown RBL Swifts at Olympic Park, Derrylecka - Kick-Off 1.30 pm.
